Joe Johnston directs this action adventure starring Bill Campbell and Jennifer Connelly. Set in Los Angeles in 1938, the film follows racing pilot Cliff Secord (Campbell) as he stumbles across a one-man jetpack that has been stashed by a gangster fleeing from the FBI.
