Throughout the series George reveals how, with careful planning, canny design and a heap of imagination, you can open up a whole world of possibilities and completely change how you live, work and play.

From the skilled teams of tradesmen, through to the enthusiastic novice, designers, architects and artists, these small space pioneers will inspire even the most reluctant of DIY'ers to get creative. And along the way, George is getting stuck in developing his own small space build. He’s teamed back up with Master Craftsman William Hardie to build his very own fantasy tree house set in the breath-taking grounds of the Kielder National Park.
