The TWO IN CLOVER in this British sitcom were Sid Turner (Sidney James) and Vic Evans (Victor Spinetti), minor employees at a big London insurance firm. Weary of city life, Sid and Vic pulled up stakes and moved to the village of Fletchley, where they purchased a tumbledown farm. Inevitably, the heroes found that country life was no more desirable than their previous London existence. Lasting two seasons and 13 episodes, TWO IN CLOVER aired over Thames Television from February 18 to April 1, 1969, and from March 17 to April 21, 1970.
