I want to cancel an order

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it or you want to remove an item from an order you have place, you must do this from your account screen. Orders are processed and sent to dispatch as quickly as possible and contacting us via email is, more often that not, not quick enough to cancel orders.

View your order by logging on to your account

You can log on to your account and view your orders by clicking here.

Any items that have not yet been processed and passed on for dispatch will have a cancel button beside them. Hit the cancel button to cancel the order.

If the item does not have a cancel button beside it, then the item has already been processed and is being packed. It cannot be cancelled at this stage. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and return it as an unwanted item. You can review how to return items here.
