Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We are continuing to adhere to the latest advice and instructions from the UK Government.

We are still open for business and our warehouses are dispatching orders.

Currently, orders are being delivered, though due to the strains on Royal Mail and couriers, you may experience some extended delivery times. Most international orders are still being delivered as normal but the situation is evolving by the day. There are delays to some countries and some local restrictions are in force, particularly in Italy and France. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don't survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.

Our Customers Services teams are working and we can still accept returns.

The health and well-being of our staff is of the utmost importance to us and we have had to make changes to our working practices so please bear with us if there are delays to our response times.

All our team members are continuing to do their utmost to provide our customers with the best possible service whilst safeguarding themselves and others.

We would all like to thank you for your continuing custom in these difficult times.
