For these 50 years, this enriched 2CD edition offers on CD1 the original Live album 'Grateful Dead - Skull & Roses', remastered by sound engineer David Glasser (Grammy® Award winner). This remastering was made according to the original analog master bands combined with Plangent Process Speed Correction technology. The CD2 contains 10 unpublished titles captured on July 2, 1971 at Fillmore West in San Francisco (including sublime versions of 'Good Lovin' and the central piece 'The Other One', as well as the cover of Merle Haggard 'Sing Me Back Home'). Famous for its iconic cover designed by Alton Kelly and Stanley Mouse, the Dead's second Live dubbed 'Skull & Roses', recorded in March-April 1971 in New York and San Francisco, allowed the band to win their first gold record.
